We're growing!

No To Violence are a not for profit organisation in the domestic violence prevention space. They provide a call centre hotline - The Men's Referral Service - as well as working directly with the victims of family violence and lobby groups.

NTV were based in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne and came to Think Property CRE Solutions late in 2016 with a brief to assist them effectively triple their office accommodation. We worked on locational aspects, financial considerations and access issues for staff and developed a brief for some 700sqm of office space in Melbourne's CBD, which ticked all the boxes for their operation.

We secured a new lease over space that required minimal changes and suited their budget requirements as well as ensuring a bright, positive workplace. The fitout alterations we managed were limited to furniture and colour throughout and some minor hard fitout changes.

NTV asked us to also manage their relocation - which was successfully undertaken -

followed by the management of their make good obligation at their previous site.
