Brian Carson - Principal Consultant – has many years of experience in the field of Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management from a user standpoint, rather than a Real Estate agency perspective.  This means, Think Property can understand the necessity for a balanced CapEx and OpEx and can assist in the preparation of budgets, business cases and board papers where necessary.  Brian was the National Corporate Services and Property Manager for insurance group AAMI and was responsible for over 100,000 sqm of property in all states of the country, as well as concurrently holding the portfolios of Procurement, Telecommunications and Business Continuity, giving a very business-oriented view to the property proposition.  Brian has also run Property Valuation practices across the country.

Senior Consultant - John Carson - commenced his career in Commercial Real Estate some 30 years ago with city based agency Chesterton International before founding the boutique commercial firm Teska & Carson in 1989. John was instrumental in the establishment of the firm, one of Melbourne’s leading agencies specialising in all facets of the commercial and industrial real estate market.
